Novo Altum has been appointed as advisors to Northern Rock in relation to the capital and legal restructuring of the bank.

Following the strategic review it was decided that the bank would be split in to two separate entities. Novo Altum will define and implement the strategy for the future architecture of Finance, Treasury and Tax for each of the new legal entities.
