National Pink Day Isle of Man

Our Isle of Man office went all out in support of breast cancer this week.

Every year in October, the Isle of Man turns to ‘Isle of Woman’ for a weekend. This annual campaign is aimed to increase awareness and funds for Manx breast cancer care.

The local community are always extremely supportive, digging deep to contribute any way they can, whether through donations or by hosting fundraising events. Our Isle of Man team were no different. They held a pink dress up day in the office, and held a candy floss fundraiser on Strand Street on Saturday.

Novo Altum Participates in Isle of Man National Pink Day for Breast Cancer

The fundraiser got off to a rocky start, thanks to the poor Isle of Man weather. Thankfully this didn’t last long and the fundraiser was a huge success. The Novo Altum team, with the help of the community, raised over £230. The Novo Altum Foundation kindly agreed to donate an additional £1000 to the cause.
